Welcome to ShoreThing! This three generation family run rental has been on-going since the early 60s! We love spending our time here and want to share our love for Seabrook Beach with you!
Here are somethings to know about this property;
1. The ENTIRE house can be rented.
2. You can also book either half of the house. Each side has its own address.
3. We only do 7-day stays in the summer from Saturday-Saturday during mid-June to mid-September. Off-Season - we book month-to-month.
4. The lawn is shared between both sides of the house. If you book the entire house, then the whole space is yours.
5. Board games/yard games are available, as well as extra beach chairs/
6. You can easily walk to Hampton River (walk down the bridge, check photos for paths) and Seabrook beach.
7. We are a phone call away for any of your needs.
8. Hampton is a very close walk over the bridge.
These are things that you should be aware of that may cause you to not want to rent our place!
1, There is NO washer/dryer on site. Laundromats are just down the road.
2. There is NO AC. Fans are provided.
3. We provide pillows, sheets and blankets, but no towels.
4. No fire pits, fireworks or pools allowed on the lawn.
5. Those with infants, there is a Pack n' Play, as well as a highchair on each side.
6. Cosmetically, the house is older on the inside.
7. Each side has about 6 steps to get inside.
8. For those on the north side of the house (on Campton Street), there are semi-circular stairs to get up to the 2nd level. There is a handrail on the wall side, but not the open side.
9. We can't control the weather - so if you're indoors, then please keep the skylights shut if it is raining! Have fun with the board games!
BOSCO FAMILY WIFFLE BALL RULES TO KNOW!
Bosco Wiffle Ball is a real game that we take very seriously. Home plate is the Plymouth side fence with a lawn chair as a catcher. Use random items as bases. 1st base is a few feet towards Plymouth street from the Blessed Mary (please be careful around her: she is fragile), second base is in line with the water hose and third base is near the Plymouth side stairs. Anything off the roof is playable. Hitting it into the Campton side deck area is a ground rule double. Hitting it over the fence on Campton is a home run. Neighbors house to the right facing Campton from Plymouth is 1 base only. Hitting the Blessed Mary Statue automatically means your team receives 3 outs. HAVE FUN!
