Somethings you NEED to know about:
1. No Washer and Dryer. Laundromat is just down the road.
2. Lawn is shared between both sides of the property.
3. No pools allowed or fire-pits.
4. Sheets will be provided but many guests bring their own, which is fine.
5. Towels are not provided.
6. This is a beach house and there is sand. We kindly ask that you wash your feet on the lawn with the provided hose.
7. Board games and yard games are provided to some extent to help with rainy days. We can't control the rain!
8. Cosmetically, the house is older from the 80s. We plan on updating someday soon, but are trying to keep this as affordable as possible for families.
9. No AC on premises!
10. We have a rental agreement + a refundable deposit to rent the house.
